age students would attend Northside, which has 1,386 students (capacity:

1,100).

Attitude of Property Owners
Ten (10) property owners within 300 feet were notified of the rezoning

request. The Planning Division received one comment opposing the rezoning.
Additional Information
A public street will be constructed from the State of Georgia Welcome Center

access road to the property line of the apartments. This public street will

give access to the apartments through the state property. No other access to

the apartments will be granted. The property owner, CCG, and GDOT have agreed

to this design. The current widening of Williams Road, and future driveways

off Williams Road, will not be affected.
