 (General Commercial) to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) to permit a  
  
 single-family residence. The subject property is 12,782 square-feet which  
  
 exceeds the minimum lot size 6,000 square-foot for RMF1 (Residential  
  
 Multi-Family 1) zoning district.
