comments in regards to this case.

- The purpose of this rezoning request is to allow the development of a 70-unit
senior housing community called North Lake Senior Village. The applicant is
proposing to build 14-one bedroom and 56-two bedroom apartments and also
provide 138 parking spaces.
The proposed development is proposing to have 3 entryways, two on Veterans
Court and one on Northlake Connector through an easement.
This property was rezoned back in 2000 to GC with four conditions. The
conditions are specified under Ordinance #00-46 (enclosed).
