Category A are:
1) 5 feet with a certain amount of shrubs / ornamental grasses per 100 linear
feet and a wood fence or masonry wall
2) 10 feet with a certain amount of understory trees and shrubs / ornamental
grasses per 100 linear feet

- Attitude of Property Owners
- Twenty-seven (27) property owners within 300 feet were notified of the rezoning
request. The Planning Division did not receive any comments concerning the
rezoning.
- Additional Information
- Most of this block was rezoned to C-2 in the late 1970s. However, much of the
block has remained residential. The owners of this property have utilized this
house and lot as a rental property. Their tenants have offered to buy the
house but cannot get a residential loan due to the zoning classification.
Single family residential is currently an existing, nonconforming use.
