School Impact
Elementary age students would attend Waddell(K-5), which has 481 students

(capacity:550). Middle School age students would attend Midland Middle School

(6-8), which has 818 students (capacity:875). High school age students would

attend Hardaway High School, which has 1,705 students (capacity: 1,648).
Buffer Requirements
The proposed development shall have a Category B buffer requirement along all

property lines bordered by the SFR2 zoning district. The 3 options under

Category B are:

1) 15 feet with a certain amount of canopy trees, understory trees, and shrubs

/ ornamental grasses per 100 linear feet.

2) 10 feet with a certain amount of shrubs / ornamental grasses per 100 linear

feet and a wood fence or masonry wall.

3) 20 feet undisturbed natural buffer.
Attitude of Property Owners
Seventeen (17) property owners within 300 feet were notified of the rezoning

request. The Planning Department has received not received any inquiries about

the rezoning request.
