PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval based upon the fact that

it is consistent with the future land-use map of the Comprehensive Plan, it is

compatible with existing land-uses, and the DRI was found to be in the best

interest of the region and the state.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
Conditional approval based on the fact that it is consistent with the future

land-use map of the Comprehensive Plan and it is compatible with existing

land-uses. The recommended condition is: a 100 feet deep buffer shall be

required along I-185. Said buffer shall include a berm, overburden placement,

driveways, and utilities.
