/ ornamental grasses per 100 linear feet.
2) 10 feet with a certain amount of shrubs / ornamental grasses per 100 linear
feet and a wood fence or masonry wall.
3) 30 feet undisturbed natural buffer.
- Attitude of Property Owners
- One Hundred and Nineteen (119) property owners within 300 feet of the subject
properties were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department
received two calls and no emails regarding the rezoning. Both phone calls were
general inquiries about the type of development and how many units this
development would contain.
- Additional Information
- The request to lower the required amount of parking per unit to 1.25 would
reduce the parking requirement by 60 spaces. A granted request for a 10%
reduction in parking would only alleviate 16 spaces. These calculations reflect
highest use requirements of two parking spaces per unit. This property will
have lower vehicular trips per day due to the nature of the residents being
less mobile.
