opposed to this request.
Additional Information
The applicant is requesting to rezone the aforementioned properties to SFR4

(Single Family Residential 4) with a condition to permit a minimum lot size of

5,300 square feet. The applicant is proposing to re-plat the lots.

The Unified Development Ordinance requires a minimum lot size of 6,000

square-feet for SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) Zoning Districts.
