this development, the recommended condition is that smoke and noise disclosure

school age students would attend Kendrick High School, which has 745 students

(capacity: 1,150).

The proposed development shall not be required to provide buffering for this

rezoning request.
Attitude of Property Owners
Seventy-five (75) property owners within 300 feet were notified of the rezoning

request. The Planning Department has received three inquires on this request.

Two phone calls were from citizens concerned with run-off from this

development.

The applicant is proposing to construct a 41-lot addition to an adjoining

subdivision.
