- The applicant has requested to rezone the aforementioned properties from SFR1
(Single Family Residential 1) to SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning
district. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the properties into three
lots. The proposed lots would exceed the minimum lot size of 7,500 square foot
in a SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning district. Furthermore the
proposed lots would exceed the minimum lot width of 60 foot in a SFR3 (Single
Family Residential 3) zoning district. The applicant is proposing to construct
single-family dwellings on the properties.
