uses. The PAC recommends that all conditions, except Condition #2.1, of

Ordinance #98-112 be removed.

Twelve (12) property owners within 300 feet were notified of the rezoning

request. The Planning Division received several comments opposing the

rezoning.
Additional Information
The properties included in Ordinance 98-112 were rezoned to GC (General

Commercial) with conditions for a specific use. The uses proposed at that time

were intended to address the overall retail development of the area, which

included additional big box stores and medium box retailers. Ordinance 98-112

is attached.
