Additional Information
Gas Sales in a Neighborhood Commercial zoning district is prohibited. Having

been ?grand fathered? prior to the UDO, the lot was used as a convenience store

months in the occupancy of the lot, the grand fathering status has become void.

The applicant is requesting General Commercial zoning to allow a convenience

store with gas sales.
