- Gas Sales in a Neighborhood Commercial zoning district is prohibited. Having
been ?grand fathered? prior to the UDO, the lot was used as a convenience store
with gas sales in a NC zoning district. Since there has been a lapse of six
months in the occupancy of the lot, the grand fathering status has become void.
The applicant is requesting General Commercial zoning to allow a convenience
store with gas sales.
