Attitude of Property Owners
Twenty Seven (27) property owners within 300 feet of the subject properties

were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department received one

letter in opposition to the case. His main objection is that there is not a

need to change the zoning since the existing allows them to build houses with 1

acre lots. He lists several successful 1 acre lot subdivisions.
Additional Information
The purpose of this rezoning request is to build 17 new single family homes to

add to the Sable Oaks subdivision.
