- Additional Information
- The purpose of this rezoning request is to bring the existing 5,012 sq. ft.

Mizer/Northside) is legal nonconforming for two reasons:
1) No use in an NC zone is permitted to exceed 5,000 square feet.
2) Pawn shops are not permitted in an NC zoning district.
The pawn shop owner is seeking to purchase the property at 1646 Manchester
Expressway, connect the buildings, and combine the parcels into one under one
zoning classification.
Both parcels currently provide a total of 28 parking spaces.
