2) 10 feet with a certain amount of shrubs / ornamental grasses per 100 linear

request. The Planning Department has received two inquiries about the rezoning
request.

- The applicant on behalf of New Testament Church is requesting to rezone the
subject property in order to keep the zoning consistent with the adjoining
property located at 2550 Wynnton Road. The Church has indicated that there
aren?t any immediate plans to add structures to the property.
