of the Council of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia.
(4) ZONING PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED: First Reading of an ordinance to rezone

approximately 5.56 acres of property located at 4400 South Stadium Drive from

NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to GC (General Commercial).

(Recommended for approval by both the Planning Advisory Commission and the

Planning Division.) (28-A-06-Hughston)



(5) PUBLIC HEARING: The purpose of this hearing is a request by Billy Fowler

to remove two properties, 2047 Wynnton Road and 1211 Peacock Avenue, from the

Wynnton Village Historic District. (The Board of Historic and Architectural

Review and the Planning Department recommend denial of the request.)
