A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT THE DONATION OF EIGHT (8) SCOREBOARDS TO BE USED \n \n AT SOUTH COMMONS SOFTBALL COMPLEX. whereas, Columbus Sports Council desires to donate a eight (8) scoreboards for South \n \n Commons Softball Complex; and
whereas, the new scoreboards will enhance South Commons Softball Complex and will be \n \n helpful in attracting future events to this complex; and \n \n \n \n WHEREAS, Columbus Sports Council will donate this money and will be of \n \n no cost to the City; and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to accept the \n \n donation of eight (8) scoreboards at South Commons Softball Complex by the \n \n Columbus Sports Council.
