A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO RIE COURT, ELLA COURT, CAROLANN COURT AND THAT \n \n PORTION OF R C ALLEN DRIVE LOCATED IN PIERCE CROSSING ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, \n \n GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Rie Court, Ella Court, \n \n Carolann Court and that portion of R C Allen Drive located in Pierce Crossing, \n \n a full description of said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated October 30, 2006, conveying to Columbus, \n \n Georgia Rie Court, Ella Court, Carolann Court and that portion of R C Allen \n \n Drive located in Pierce Crossing be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk \n \n of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records \n \n in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A \n \n copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this \n \n resolution.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the _________ day of _____________ 2006 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _____________ members of said Council.
