A Resolution Authorizing AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO JAMESSON WAY LOCATED IN PART OF LAND \n \n LOT 67, 9TH DISTRICT, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Jamesson Way located in \n \n Part of Land Lot 67, 9th District, a full description of property on said deed; \n \n and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated February 26, 2008, conveying to Columbus, \n \n Georgia, Jamesson Way located in Part of Land Lot 67, 9th District, be and the \n \n same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said \n \n deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court \n \n of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this \n \n reference made a part of this resolution.
