A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO OPERATE A PERSONAL CARE HOME, TYPE II, ON PROPERTY \n \n LOCATED AT 6225 OLDE TOWN DRIVE whereas, Stephanie Coley has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to \n \n operate a Personal Care Home, Type II, on the property described above; and,
whereas, Personal Care Homes, Type II, are permitted solely as a Special Exception Use \n \n under the current RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) zoning district; and, \n \n
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends \n \n approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B have been met and that a Special \n \n Exception Use for a Personal Care Home, Type II, be granted for the property at \n \n of 6225 Olde Town Drive.
