A Resolution Authorizing __THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LANDSCAPING EASEMENT WITH W.C. BRADLEY COMPANY \n \n FOR A 3,700 +/- SQ. FT PORTION OF THE RIVERWALK BETWEEN 12TH STREET AND 13TH \n \n STREET.__________ whereas, _The City constructed the Riverwalk between 12th St. and 13th St. that extends \n \n behind the Eagle and Phenix Mills Development and,______________
whereas, _The construction included a fence located on the East side of the Riverwalk, \n \n leaving approximately 3,700 +/- sq. ft. of property between the fence and the \n \n adjacent private property and,__________
_WHERAS, The W.C. Bradley Company desires to maintain the area between the \n \n Riverwalk fence and their property at no cost to the City and,_________ \n \n WHERAS, The Landscaping Easement will allow the Company to maintain the area \n \n and make other improvements, all improvements must be approved and permitted by \n \n the City.__
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
___Authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscaping Easement with the W.C. \n \n Bradley Company for a portion of the Riverwalk approximately 3,700 +/- sq. ft. \n \n located between 12th St. and 13th St. ___________
