A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A CORRECTIVE DEED AND STREET NAME CHANGE TO CORRECT A \n \n DISCREPANCY IN THE DEED AND STREET NAME OF LAKEPOINTE LANE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY \n \n ACCEPTED BY RESOLUTION #505-93 whereas, a deed was conveyed to the City and a resolution # 505-93 was accepted with \n \n street name Lakeshore Court located in Lakeshore Pointe Subdivision; and,
whereas, a plat was recorded with the same street named Lakepointe Court; and,
WHEREAS, residences have been constructed and issued addresses as recorded on \n \n plat; and, \n \n WHEREAS, the purpose of changing the deed and resolution was in lieu of having \n \n to change the addresses of the property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain corrective deed dated May 7, 2007, for Lakeshore Pointe \n \n subdivision be accepted and Resolution #505-93 be amended to read Lakepointe \n \n Court instead of Lakeshore Court. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to \n \n have said deed recorded in the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, \n \n Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a \n \n part of this Resolution.
