A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO CAMPARI STREET, PUNKIN STREET, THAT PORTION OF \n \n FRANK HOUSER AVENUE, THAT PORTION OF DREAMBOAT DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF MASSEE \n \n LANE LOCATED IN SECTION TWO, OLD TOWN, A MIXED USE COMMUNITY, ON BEHALF OF \n \n COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Campari Street, Punkin \n \n Street, that portion of Frank Houser Avenue, that portion of Dreamboat Drive \n \n and that portion of Massee Lane located in Section Two, Old Town, a mixed use \n \n Community, a full description of property on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated October 2, 2015, conveying Columbus, Georgia \n \n Campari Street, Punkin Street, that portion of Frank Houser Avenue, that \n \n portion of Dreamboat Drive and that portion of Massee Lane located in Section \n \n Two, Old Town, a mixed use Community and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk \n \n of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records \n \n in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of the \n \n deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
