A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS TO THAT PORTION OF ENGLISH IVY DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION \n \n TWO PHASE ONE AND THAT PORTION OF IVY WOOD DRIVE, THAT PORTION OF ENGLISH IVY \n \n DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF FOREST CROWN DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION THREE PHASE \n \n ONE, IVY PARK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted deeds conveying that portion of English \n \n Ivy Drive located in Section Two Phase One and that portion of Ivy Wood Drive, \n \n that portion of English Ivy Drive and that portion of Forest Crown Drive \n \n located in Section Three Phase One, Ivy Park, a full description of said \n \n property shown on said deeds; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deeds dated October 3, 2006, conveying to Columbus, \n \n Georgia that portion of English Ivy Drive located in Section Two Phase One and \n \n that portion of Ivy Wood Drive, that portion of English Ivy Drive and that \n \n portion of Forest Crown Drive located in Section Three Phase One, Ivy Park be \n \n and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to \n \n have said deeds recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of \n \n Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of deeds are hereto \n \n attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
