A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO VINEYARD LANE CUL-DE-SAC LOCATED IN ARBOR POINTE - \n \n AKA BAKER VILLAGE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying the Vineyard Lane \n \n Cul-de-sac located in Arbor Pointe - AKA Baker Village, a full description of \n \n property on said deeds; and,
whereas, The street has been improved and meets the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department inspected said street and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deeds (5) dated April 2013, conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n the Vineyard Lane Cul-de-sac located in Arbor Pointe - AKA Baker Village, be \n \n and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to \n \n have said deeds recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of \n \n Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy is hereto attached and by \n \n this reference made a part of this resolution.
