A Resolution Authorizing THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION #514-06 WHERE STREET SANDY VIEW DRIVE WAS \n \n INCORRECTLY LISTED AS SANDY OAK DRIVE LOCATED IN THE SEVENTH ADDITION TO \n \n ROOSEVELT HEIGHTS. whereas, deed to streets and plat list street as Sandy View Drive; and,
whereas, Resolution #514-06 incorrectly listed Sandy View Drive as Sandy Oak Drive.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to amend Resolution # 514-06 \n \n to read Sandy View Drive as listed on Deed to Streets and Plat recorded on \n \n September 26, 2006 in Plat Book 158 page 57.
