A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO CAPOT COURT, THAT PORTION OF CAPOT DRIVE AND THAT \n \n PORTION OF ADMIRAL DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION TWO, MIDLAND DOWNS ON BEHALF OF \n \n COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Capot Court, that portion \n \n of Capot Drive and that portion of Admiral Drive located in Section Two, \n \n Midland Downs, a full description of property on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated August 28, 2017 conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n Capot Court, that portion of Capot Drive and that portion of Admiral Drive \n \n located in Section Two, Midland Downs be and the same is hereby accepted. The \n \n Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed \n \n Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, \n \n Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of \n \n this resolution.
