A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THE DETENTION BASIN, 1.11 ACRES, LOCATED IN THIRD \n \n ADDITION TO WHITESVILLE WALK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying the Detention Basin, 1.11 \n \n Acres, located in Third Addition to Whiteville Walk, a full description of said \n \n property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said Detention Basin has been completed and maintained by the owner since \n \n construction for a period of at least 2 years and meets the required \n \n specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said Detention Basin and \n \n recommends acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated the 30th day of April, 2014, conveying to \n \n Columbus, Georgia, all of the Detention Basin, 1.11 Acres, located in Third \n \n Addition to Whitesville Walk, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of \n \n Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in \n \n the Office of The Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said \n \n deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
