A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF NORTH IVY PARK DRIVE AND THAT \n \n PORTION OF WISTERIA LANE LOCATED IN REPLAT OF PART OF SECTION ONE, PHASE ONE, \n \n NORTH IVY PARK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of North Ivy \n \n Park Drive and that portion of Wisteria Lane located in Replat of Part of \n \n Section One, Phase One, North Ivy Park, a full description of property on said \n \n deed; and,
whereas, said street have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated May 21, 2014, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, \n \n that portion of North Ivy Park Drive and that portion of Wisteria Lane located \n \n in Replat of Part of Section One, Phase One, North Ivy Park, and the same is \n \n hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed \n \n recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of \n \n Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy is hereto attached and by this reference made \n \n a part of this resolution.
