A Resolution Authorizing ADDITIONAL BREAKS IN THE WILLIAMS ROAD LIMITED ACCESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE \n \n PURPOSE OF ALLOWING ADDITIONAL DRIVEWAY ACCESS TO WILLIAMS ROAD. whereas, the Williams Road Improvement Project #M-8059(2) constructed Williams Road from \n \n Fortson Road to Veterans Road and provided additional right-of-way for future \n \n widening,
whereas, this project created a Limited Access Right-of-Way and provided for six (6) \n \n breaks for driveway access; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering has received two (2) new request for \n \n additional driveway access to Williams Road; and, \n \n WHEREAS, the approval of the new breaks in Limited Access will include \n \n replatting the property showing the new breaks in the Right-of-Way to \n \n accommodate the new driveways; and, \n \n WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering reviewed the request and recommends \n \n approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

THAT NEW BREAKS IN THE LIMITED ACCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY OF WILLIAMS ROAD IS \n \n HEREBY AUTHORIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DRIVEWAY ACCESS TO WILLIAMS ROAD.
