A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY TO ACCEPT DONATION OF PARCEL 109 001 013A LYING DUE SOUTH OF LOT 1 \n \n "A" A/K/A 7200 SPRINGBROOK DRIVE - ON TAX MAP 109 001 058 (.07 ACRES +/-) AND \n \n LOT 1 "B" A/K/A 7201 SPRINGBROOK DRIVE - ON TAX MAP 109 001 057 (.05 ACRES +/-) \n \n AND WARM SPRINGS ROAD AND SPRINGBROOK DRIVE AT THE JUNCTION WITH J.R. ALLEN \n \n PARKWAY (SEE ATTACHED PLAT) TO THE CITY IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, this parcel is no longer needed by the owner and the City wishes to accept the \n \n parcel for future road widening opportunities; and,
whereas, it is in the best interest of the Consolidated Government of Columbus Georgia \n \n to accept the donation of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to accept the donation of parcel 109 \n \n 001 013A lying due south of lot 1 "A" a/k/a 7200 Springbrook Drive--on Tax Map \n \n 109 001 058 (.07 Acres +/-) and Lot 1 "B" a/k/a 7201 Springbrook Drive--on Tax \n \n Map 109 001 057 (.05 Acres +/-) and Warm Springs Road and Springbrook Drive to \n \n the City in Columbus, Georgia and file the Warranty Deed with Superior Court \n \n Clerk for permanent record.
