A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF CHARLESTON WAY, THAT PORTION OF \n \n ORIANA DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF SULLIVAN'S DRIVE LOCATED IN REPLAT OF SECTION \n \n ONE, CHARLESTON PLACE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of \n \n Charleston Way, that portion of Oriana Drive and that portion of Sullivan's \n \n Drive located in replat of Section One, Charleston Place, a full description of \n \n property on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance by same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated October 12, 2018 conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n that portion of Charleston Way, that portion of Oriana Drive and that portion \n \n of Sullivan's Drive located in replat of Section One, Charleston Place and the \n \n same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said \n \n deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court \n \n of Muscogee County. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference \n \n made a part of this resolution.
