A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO WOODLAND CREEK COURT, THAT PORTION OF WOODLAND \n \n RIDGE DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF CROSS CREEK LANE LOCATED IN HIGHLANDS PHASE \n \n TEN, GARRETT CREEK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Woodland Creek Court, \n \n that portion of Woodland Ridge Drive and that portion of Cross Creek Lane \n \n located in Highlands Phase Ten, Garrett Creek, a full description of property \n \n on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated April 2, 2018 conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n Woodland Creek Court, that portion of Woodland Ridge Drive and that portion of \n \n Cross Creek Lane located in Highlands Phase Ten, Garrett Creek be and the same \n \n is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed \n \n recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of \n \n Muscogee County. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a \n \n part of this resolution.
