A Resolution Authorizing A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE MORTGAGEES/LANDLORD \n \n SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT. whereas, Through the South Commons Softball Complex Project, the Columbus Sports Council \n \n has agreed to pay for all lighting on fields 6, 7 & 8. \n \n
whereas, Musco Lighting is the selected vendor by the Sports Council; and \n \n
WHEREAS, As property owners, the City Manager must sign an agreement for these \n \n lights to be placed on City property; \n \n
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the Agreement from Musco \n \n Lighting. \n \n -
