A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT THE DONATION OF A TORO WORKMAN UTILITIY VEHICLE \n \n VALUED AT $4300.00 FROM COLUMBUS REGIONAL TENNIS ASSOCIATION FOR COOPER CREEK \n \n TENNIS CENTER. \n \n whereas, Columbus Regional Tennis Association (CORTA) desires to donate a Toro Workman \n \n Utility Vehicle valued at $4300.00 to Cooper Creek Tennis Center \n \n \n \n WHEREAS, the Toro Workman Utility Vehicle will be used for upkeep and \n \n maintenance of Cooper Creek Tennis Center \n \n
whereas, CORTA will donate this vehicle and will be of no cost to the City; and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to accept the \n \n donation of a Toro Workman Utility Vehicle for use at Cooper Creek Tennis \n \n Center.
