A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF SANDY OAK DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF \n \n CRESTLINE DRIVE LOCATED IN THE SEVENTH ADDITION TO ROOSEVELT HEIGHTS ON BEHALF \n \n OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Sandy Oak \n \n Drive and that portion of Crestline Drive located in the Seventh Addition to \n \n Roosevelt Heights, a full description of said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated November 28, 2006, conveying to Columbus, \n \n Georgia that portion of Sandy Oak Drive and that portion of Crestline Drive \n \n located in the Seventh Addition to Roosevelt Heights be and the same is hereby \n \n accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded \n \n in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee \n \n County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made \n \n a part of this resolution.
