A Resolution Authorizing THE DENIAL OF A REQUEST FOR A DRIVEWAY ACCESSING FORREST ROAD FROM THE REAR OF \n \n THE PROPERTY AT 6015 CARIBOU DRIVE. whereas, the property owner of 6015 Caribou Drive has requested a driveway to access \n \n Forrest Road from the rear of the property , and
whereas, Section 7.9.2 of the Unified Development Ordinance requires Council approval \n \n to access a collector or arterial street, and Forrest Road is classified as a \n \n major collector street, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering has reviewed the request and recommends \n \n denial of granting a new driveway access to Forrest Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The request for a driveway accessing Forrest Road from the rear of the property \n \n at 6015 Caribou Drive is denied.
