A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ERECT A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR \n \n WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2207 CUSSETA ROAD whereas, Southeast Towers has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to \n \n erect a 180-foot wireless communications facility (tower) for wireless \n \n communications service on the property described above; and,
whereas, WHEREAS, wireless communication towers are permitted solely as a Special \n \n Exception Use under the current GC (General Commercial) zoning district;
