A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF WISTERIA LANE AND THAT PORTION OF \n \n NORTH IVY PARK DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, PHASE ONE, NORTH IVY PARK ON \n \n BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Wisteria \n \n Lane and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located in Section Four, Phase \n \n One, North Ivy Park, a full description of property on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated June 13, 2017, conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n that portion of Wisteria Lane and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located \n \n in Section Four, Phase One, North Ivy Park be and the same is hereby accepted. \n \n The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the \n \n Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, \n \n Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of \n \n this resolution.
