A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO BOBY DRIVE, THAT PORTION OF BOBY COURT AND 0.245 \n \n ACRES THAT RUNS PARALLEL ALONG SCHATULGA ROAD LOCATED IN FIFTH ADDITION, SUN \n \n HILL ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia, \n \n Boby Drive, that portion of Boby Court and 0.245 acres that runs parallel along \n \n Schatulga Road located in Fifth addition, Sun Hill, a full description of said \n \n property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated March 23, 2006, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, \n \n Boby Drive, that portion of Boby Court and 0.245 acres that runs parallel along \n \n Schatulga Road located in Fifth addition, Sun Hill be and the same is hereby \n \n accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded \n \n in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee \n \n County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made \n \n a part of this Resolution.
