A Resolution Authorizing TO ENTER INTO CITY RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION \n \n FOR A COUNTY CONTRACT FOR 0.58 MILE OF SCHOMBURG ROAD SCHOOL NORTH STADIUM \n \n DRIVE. whereas, the Department of Transportation (DOT) will assist the City of Columbus, \n \n Georgia, a Consolidated City/County Government. in a County Contract to improve \n \n 0.58 miles of entrance of new Schomburg Road School , State Aid No. \n \n PRC10-S010-00(533); and,
whereas, the project will extend wholly within the corporate limits of Columbus, \n \n Georgia, under the laws of the State of Georgia.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a City Right of Way \n \n Agreement and subsequent agreements necessary to implement the project with the \n \n Department of Transportation (DOT) for a County Contract to improve 0.58 miles \n \n of entrance of new Schomburg Road School, State Aid No. PRC10-S010-00(533), \n \n Muscogee County.______________
