A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF TRAVELERS WAY LOCATED IN SECTION \n \n FOUR, KINGS TRAIL ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Travelers \n \n Way located in Section Four, Kings Trail, a full description of said property \n \n shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated \n \n the 26th day of January, 2006, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, that portion of \n \n Travelers Way located in Section Four, Kings Trail, be and the same is hereby \n \n accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded \n \n in the Office of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy \n \n of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this \n \n resolution.
