A Resolution Authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement between Columbus Fire and Emergency Medical Services \n \n and Columbus Technical College .____________ whereas, Columbus Fire and Emergency Medical Services requests council approval of a \n \n Memorandum of Agreement that provides for Columbus Fire and Emergency Medical \n \n Services to accept Students in the Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic \n \n programs for Columbus Technical College faculty coordinated clinical experience \n \n in the Students' field of study; and, _______________
whereas, the Memorandum of Agreement specifies the responsibilities of both Columbus \n \n Fire and Emergency Medical Services and Columbus Technical College; and \n \n ,___________
WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Agreement provides for the education of the Student \n \n as well as the protection of Columbus Fire and Emergency Medical Services and \n \n the Columbus Consolidated Government. ____________
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manger is hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of \n \n Agreement with Columbus Technical College to allow Emergency Medical Technician \n \n and Paramedic Students to ride on City ambulances for clinical \n \n experience.______________
