A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO BRUNJES LANE AND BLOIS COURT LOCATED IN BILLINGS \n \n WALK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia, \n \n Brunjes Lane and Blois Court located in Billings Walk, a full description of \n \n said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated March 15, 2006, conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n Brunjes Lane and Blois Court located in Billings Walk be and the same is hereby \n \n accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded \n \n in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of \n \n Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this \n \n reference made a part of this Resolution.
