A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO PRESERVATION COURT, PRESERVATION TRAIL, OAKHURST \n \n COURT AND THAT PORTION OF BROADLEAF LANE LOCATED IN SECTION ONE, FOREST LAKE ON \n \n BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Preservation Court, \n \n Preservation Trial, Oakhurst Court and that portion of Broadleaf Lane located \n \n in Section One, Forest Lake, a full description of said property shown on said \n \n deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated April 17, 2007 conveying to Columbus, Georgia \n \n Preservation Court, Preservation Trial, Oakhurst Court and that portion of \n \n Broadleaf Lane located in Section One, Forest Lake be and the same is hereby \n \n accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded \n \n in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee \n \n County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a \n \n part of this resolution.
