A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO SUMMIT COURT AND THAT PORTION OF WELLINGTON WAY \n \n LOCATED IN PHASE TWO, WELLINGTON POINTE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Summit Court and that \n \n portion of Wellington Way located in Phase Two Wellington Pointe, a full \n \n description of property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for \n \n acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends \n \n acceptance of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That certain deed dated January 26, 2006, conveying Columbus, Georgia \n \n Summit Court and that portion of Wellington Way located in Phase Two Wellington \n \n Pointe be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk Superior Court of \n \n Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of deed is hereto attached and by this \n \n reference made a part of this resolution.
