A Resolution Authorizing A PERMANENT ENCROACHMENT OF A BALCONY TEN FEET INTO THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AT  \n  \n 1041, 1043 AND 1045 BROADWAY; SAID ENCROACHMENT APPROVED WITH THE CONDITION  \n  \n THAT SHOULD THE BALCONY EVER BECOME A CONFLICT WITH ANY FUTURE PUBLIC  \n  \n IMPROVEMENT, THE BALCONY SHALL BE REMOVED AT NO COST TO THE CITY. whereas, Mr. Tracy Sayers, Warner & Worth, Inc. desires to construct a building addition  \n  \n to the existing buildings/businesses with the addition of a balcony over the  \n  \n City sidewalk; and, 
        whereas, the architectural design will eliminate any supports or obstructions in the  \n  \n sidewalk; and,
        WHEREAS, the Engineering and Inspections and Codes Departments have reviewed  \n  \n the architectural drawing and concur with the request, to allow a permanent  \n  \n encroachment into the Broadway right-of-way.
        NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
        RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
    
That a permanent encroachment of a balcony ten feet into the public \n \n right-of-way at 1041, 1043 and 1045 Broadway is hereby authorized; said \n \n encroachment approved with the condition that should the balcony ever become a \n \n conflict with any future public improvement, the balcony shall be removed at no \n \n cost to the City.
