A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO PUBLIC SERVICE TELEPHONE COMPANY ON \n \n PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ON BEAVER RUN ROAD/U.S. HIGHWAY 80, \n \n THE AREA CONSISTS OF A STRIP OF LAND FIFTEEN (15) FEET IN WIDTH ALONG PARCEL \n \n "B1" AND PARCEL "B2" IN MUSCOGEE COUNTY. whereas, the Columbus Consolidated Government has a leasehold interest from the Columbus \n \n Building Authority in said property; and,
whereas, Public Service Telephone Company would like to secure an easement across two \n \n parcels of property; and,
WHEREAS, installation of the cable will not interfere with the current \n \n use of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to grant an easement to \n \n Public Service Telephone Company for a right of way on Beaver Run Road/U.S. \n \n Highway 80, an area consisting of a strip of land fifteen (15) feet in width \n \n along Parcel "B1" and Parcel "B2" in Muscogee County.
