A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A POLE ATTACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE GEORGIA \n \n POWER COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF CITY OWNED FACILITIES. whereas, the City frequently has need to attach wires, cables, equipment and other \n \n facilities to utility poles owned by the Georgia Power Company, and,
whereas, an agreement must be executed with the Georgia Power Company in order to make \n \n such attachments,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a Pole \n \n Attachment Agreement with the Georgia Power Company for installation of City \n \n owned facilities on poles owned by the Georgia Power Company.
