A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to Partner with \n \n Newton County and Bibb County for the purpose of mutual support in the Purchase \n \n of Aerial Photogrammetric service and product under the existing contract \n \n exercised by Newton County whereas, the Engineering Department administers programs for the community, which offer \n \n High Resolution Aerial Photography for use in its Geographic Information \n \n System; and
whereas, Newton County has been allowed to arrange payment for this data and services \n \n over two budget cycles without penalty and that this practice is desirable to \n \n the participants as a money management practice;
This Agreement is made for the purpose of mutual support in the Purchase of \n \n Aerial Photogrammetric service and product under the existing contract \n \n exercised by Newton County and its participants named and confirmed by \n \n signature of the lawful representatives of the participants in this document.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
The City Manager or his designee is authorized to sign a Memorandum of \n \n Understanding (MOU) to Partner with Newton County and Bibb County for the \n \n purpose of mutual support in the Purchase of Aerial Photogrammetric service and \n \n product under the existing contract exercised by Newton County
